Admission and Pass out Ratio

Being a professional institute, the pass out rate is high. The college provides admission & hostel facility to the reservation students for just Rs. 100/- minimizing the very reason for drop outs. Particular students suffering with any ailment will be taken care off also taken in installments to avoid burden. The lecturers at personal level even manage to take care of exam fees & college fees if necessary. The weak students are provided with special guidance & supervised accordingly. The lecturers at personal level guide & counsel the students regarding the importance of education along with the job opportunities and the probability of acceptance in job after completion of B. P. Ed. & M. P. Ed. The head of the development & the head of the institution encourage the students by giving facility of fee payment in installments. Some of the lecturers pay the fees of the students when the latter are in financial crises. The students are also encouraged to take benefit of library. The poor students are admitted with minimum amount of just Rs 100/- the slow learners & regular students are given special attention by the lecturers, so that they may not get frustrated by the fellow students. The lecturers also take pains to revise the topic in case of difficulty. Majority of the students admitted in the college are from lower middle class background & hence the placement cell of college & the lecturers try to continue with their studies minimizing dropout rate.

Selection Process:


All candidates will be admitted purely on merit and eligibility basis. Merit and eligibility will be dependent on educational qualification, interview and entrance test results. The following criterion of entrance test is applicable for the admission of candidate:

  • Physical Ability
  • Written Entrance Examination
  • Interview
  • 50 Marks
  • 40 Marks
  • 10 Marks


I) B.P. Ed. Course(one year course – granted)


(a) The student seeking admission should be a graduate from any recognized university with Physical Education as optional subject.(or)

The candidate must have Physical Education subject in Higher Secondary Certificate (XI and XII or Intermediate 1st and 2nd year or HSC) and graduate with minimum of 45% marks.


The candidate must be a graduate of any faculty with Sports Participation at State or University level.


The candidate must have secured 1st or 2nd or 3rd place in intercollegiate sports competitions.


Any graduate with 45% of marks.
(b) The candidate must not have crossed 35 years of age while admission (Maximum age is 35 years for admission).

II)M. P. Ed. Course (Regular two years CBCS – Semester Pattern)


Any graduate with Physical Education as Elective (Optional) subject or in Higher Secondary Certificate (Physical Education as subject) and with 45% of aggregate marks is eligible for admitting in regular M. P. Ed. (Two years regular course).(or)

Any graduate with Sports Participation in All India University Competition.


The candidate must be a graduate of any faculty with Sports Participation at State or University level.


The candidate with minimum of 50% marks in B. P. Ed.
